All you need is
- A android Phone..
- Computer or laptop
- Usb cable or Data cable Of that mobile
- Android Updater(Download)
Here We go

Install the given software
Connect Your Mobile With usb connector or Data cable
- Click on Find htc
The manager will search the phone which is connected to ur pc or lapi with usb connector or data cable
Status shows :HTC connected
- Click on Read codes
Reading codes to know the fit according to ur phone
This Process takes time
Status shows:Upgrade now
- Click on click to upgrade
The process takes time approx 5 or 6 minutes
Its done now...
